Myron J. Kassaraba

Myron is a seasoned business development and
technology licensing executive with experience in
closing major transactions.
He has licensed-out technologies that ship in
hundred’s of millions of personal computers
worldwide including the color management system in
Windows 95 and the font rendering technology in
Adobe’s Flash.
With over 25 years of executive experience at both
Fortune 500 Companies (Eastman Kodak, Fidelity
Investments) and early-stage startups (Trellix,
Edsun Labs, Project Yangtze, InfoPlus), background
spans a wide array of technologies.
At Kodak, Myron ran the Corporate Strategic
Alliances Group and managed major relationships with
companies such as Adobe, Apple, IBM, Microsoft and
Nortel. He also started Kodak’s Developer Relations
Group and was a leader in the formation of the
International Color Consortium and the DIG (Digital
Imaging Group).
For the past 7 years he has been the Principal
of MJK Partners, a strategy and business
development consultancy where he has provided
services to a number of companies including
Ambient Devices, Callisto Software, Mitsubishi
Electric’s Research Labs (MERL), OutSmart Power
Systems, Progress Software, ULocate
Communications and Zeetoo.
He has also been active in the emerging
clean tech market as a co-founder of the MIT
Enterprise Forum’s Energy SIG and Ignite Clean
Energy Competition.
He serves and an Advisor to Frame Media
and Givvy.
Myron has a BS in Political Science from
Northeastern University and completed The
Wharton School's Executive Development Program.
He was a longtime Board Member of the
Massachusetts Interactive Media Council, is a
co-founder of the New England Chapter of
Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2.org) and serves
as the Vice-Chair of the Belmont Media Center,
the local cable access channel for the Town of
Belmont, MA where he lives with his wife and two
daughters.
