Mitch Rosenfeld
PARTNER, IP ANALYTICS AND DILIGENCE


Mitch has over 17 years of patent experience
representing clients ranging from public companies
to Silicon Valley start-ups with an emphasis on
litigation, portfolio evaluation, complex licensing
and sales transactions, and development and
implementation of patent licensing campaigns.
Mitch has transacted well in excess of $100 million
in patent deals.
Presently, Mitch is focused exclusively on patent
sales and licensing transactions. Prior to
working at Pluritas, Mitch was Vice President, IP
Counsel for IPValue Management. In this role,
Mitch provided a wide range of IP commercialization
services to Global 1000 companies related to complex
licensing and sales transactions.
Before joining IPValue, Mitch was in private
practice where he engaged in patent litigation,
procurement, and licensing with a focus on
contingent fee based litigation on behalf of
patent owners. Mitch was lead technical
attorney for numerous contingent based patent
litigation matters, including a $90 million
settlement in patent litigation over video game
technology.
Mitch holds a B.S. degree in Physics from Duke
University and a J.D. from George Washington
University. Mitch is also a member of the
California State Bar and is registered to
practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office.
